1. How much will my client websites cost?

The cost for each client website package on the partner pricelist is typically discounted 80% off our standard website packages pricing. Website packages are designed based on industry and productivity application solutions required by each industry. 

2. Why is there a monthly membership fee?

Membership fee is to cover the cost of hosting your business website.

3. Why is there a sign-up fee?

The sign-up fee provides you with the initial support in using the ASD Website Automation CMS platform in deploying solutions for your clients. We provide you with a personal dedicated account manager that works with you to make sure your business is running smoothly. 

4. How many clients can I setup?

You can setup as many clients as you have. You can setup clients when you want by simply logging into your account and accessing your portfolio management pages.

5. How long does it take to setup a new website?

You can setup a new website within 1-3 minutes.

6. How secure are my clients website and data?

All websites data is backed up on our standard backup schedule. All website databases are backed up every hour. All website static media are backed up weekly. We keep 3 months of the latest backups for data and disaster recovery.

7. Who helps me with data or disaster recovery if I need it?

Our hosting technicians will recover and restore any website that you may have problems with in times of emergency. A website can be fully recovered and restored within 15 minutes of submitting a trouble ticket.
