How exactly does the Advanced Shopping Cart Solutions handle credit card transactions? |

| We provide a secure server, supporting SSL encryption, which collects customer information and credit card numbers. When an order is placed on your site, our system notifies you of it via email (without the credit card info). You then have two options for processing the transactions. You can either simply collect the orders from your account on our secure server and enter the credit card info on a ZON or other credit terminal, or use the old-fashioned hand-written slips! Your second option is to use our Real Time Credit Gateway, in which transactions are processed at the time they are placed. This is of course the best method, as it not only credits your account immediately, but also offers maximum protection against charge-backs or invalid transactions. |
